How to Open rar files in linux ubuntu

Yesterday i have a problem to open or unrar wordlist.rar in ubuntu, i have try to do some command but can`t solved my problem.

use unrar-free

apt-get install unrar-free

this tool can`t open big rar file, because my files its about 28gigabyte.

ok and open
